Thanks for jumping over to the new blog! I bought my domain awhile back and just couldn’t leave it sitting on the back burner anymore. It’s laughable how little I know when it comes to this stuff, but I’m taking baby steps…its’s coming along! I have lots of great ideas in mind. I’m just trying to be patient. It’s a virtue, they say!

Breakfast was easy. Justin’s Maple Almond Butter and 1/2 a banana between two slices of toasted Yoga Bread. I actually feel a twinge of guilt for abandoning my oats. Maybe it’s the change of seasons, maybe it’s just a phase….I’m not sure….but the banana sandwich is taking over the #1 spot! I crave this breakfast in the morning. I usually save it for running days, since the bread is a little pricey, but I surrender! I need to start the day right and a boring breakfast would be so wrong!
The sandwich wasn’t alone this morning. I also ate 1/2 a grapefruit. Half of the half ended up all over me! This was one juicy fruit. It was squirting all over the kitchen with each bite. I felt like a little mouse, nibbling away to avoid a mess. Can’t complain about a juicy fruit though!
What’s your go-to breakfast? It’s my favorite meal of the day, so I always like it to be a good one!
