I am currently training for my second marathon. My first marathon taught me so much about my body, my mind, and my running. I feel like I know so much more (although I’m no expert!) now and I am excited to be training again.
For this training cycle, I created my own training plan. This plan includes:
- lower mileage overall
- 2 20-mile training runs
- speed work
- tempo runs
- more cross training!
