I heart running!  It wasn’t my first love – spinning takes that prize – but it is my truest passion.  My world is a better place when I am running.

Running can:

  • rev me up.
  • settle me down.
  • clear my mind.
  • work my body.
  • teach me about myself.
  • bring me new friendships.
  • show me the joys of nature.
  • challenge me – mind, body, and soul!

Running has brought so much to my life.  This page includes recaps of my races and the training plans I followed.  It continues to evolve!

    Are you doing the St. Pat’s 5k again this year?? I’ll be there! And I ran the Jingle 5k in December too. I love Rhode Island races! :-)

      I will be at the St. Pat’s this year! I ran it last year and it was so much fun. Maybe we can meet up! I also ran the Jingle Bell and had a blast. Glad you’re coming to RI!

    That would be awesome if we could meet up! How could we make that work? This is my third year running the race. It really is a lot of fun. :-)
